Obtaining an Account
Before you can use the Cooperating Personnel Portal you will need to obtain an account by doing the following:

1) Send an email to ed-cte-techsupport@ad.uiuc.edu with the subject "Coop Portal Access Request" and the following information:
- Full name (Last Name, First Name)
- School where you teach
- Your Email Address you want us to use
2) Once the email is received within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email from mssql@ed.uiuc.edu with a subject line of "DO NOT REPLY: Cooperating Personnel Portal Account Created."
Note: If you do not receive an email please check your Junk Mail folder to make sure it wasn't marked as SPAM.
3) The email will contain your user name and initial password. You will be prompted to change this password the first time you login.
4) When you change your password you will receive a confirmation email from ed-externalaccountssupport@ad.uiuc.edu with a subject line of "COE External User Account Action Confirmation".
5) Click on the link in the confirmation email.
6) Congratulations. You have now completed the login process and you can use your new password to login.
